To be be honest ‘ I Don 't Know ’

 

I'm ordinary like all of us, riding life in my own unique way.

Falling over then getting back, learning and expanding on the Journey.

 

During my first QHHT Session I experienced myself in such a way that the boundaries and blocks around my heart centre dropped away and I could see the magnificence of my own being. 

I saw that this experience was not only myself but everyone has this within them.

So this is why I do this Practice.

I like to help people to find their own truth within themselves and answer their own questions.

The outside world is loud and hectic. It thinks it knows best for us,creating confusion and a busy exhausting lifestyle. 

There is no better answer than the one that comes from our own being. We know it to be true for us because it resonates in our being.

 

All of this lies within your own Physical body, waiting for the right time to come out.

Our suffering and pain are doorways to breakthroughs and healing.

We just need to be brave enough to face them.
